Women's Hormone Doctor

Weight Loss

This weight loss program focuses on whole life interventions that will help the patient lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’ve all been through the multitude of diet fads and likely had some short-term success. However, these short-term fixes do not provide lasting effects. Amanda has struggled with her own weight loss journey and is wanting to help others find a balance that is lasting. This clinic offers medication therapies as an adjunct to lifestyle changes for lasting results!

We typically know that diet and exercise are indicated for weight loss results. We know we shouldn’t choose the convenient options that we often reach for. In addition to diet guidance and personalized calculated macros, this program will provide medication interventions to jump start your weight loss journey. Medications may include appetite suppressants, injectable vitamins, metabolic medications, or growth hormone optimization.

Initial Exam will include an in-depth conversation of a thorough lab panel completed prior to exam. A history and physical will be performed. Discussion will include previous weight loss endeavors (successful or not), lifestyle modifications, dietary preference and modifications, as well as elective medication options to fit your needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Follow Up exam will be individualized based on your needs. Follow up exams are offered in clinic or telehealth.
